Although our class sizes are small, allowing us to focus on individuals, we also recognise that some people prefer one-on-one sessions.
At Moved we offer private coaching natural movement sessions in our Armidale studio.

Classes can be organised for groups of 4 or more at a time that suits.
Online one-on-one private coaching sessions are also available and can be arranged at a time that suits.

Moved is a great option if you are on the road to recovery from injury. You can see us as the 'next port of call' after you have been to your GP and/or physiotherapist or other allied health professional. Our exercise classes and private coaching sessions are low-impact for your body but appropriately challenging. A whole-body approach is crucial when addressing injury, as your overall alignment can be what is putting certain parts in jeopardy. Our whole-body approach to movement will allow you to strengthen and mobilise all of you while you nurse your injured part back to health.
Are you an athlete or sports person looking to improve your performance? If you want to perform at your best in your chosen sport, you need to be the right balance of fit, strong and mobile. If all the parts of your body can't move through their full range of motion, you will not benefit from exercise as much as you could. We help you to strengthen and mobilise the under-moved areas of your body, ensuring optimal muscle function and allowing you to generate the force necessary to increase your strength.
Pregnancy and the demands of post-natal life can highlight and exacerbate physical issues, causing women to move less in order to avoid pain and discomfort. It can be hard to find the right space for pre-natal and post-natal movement - a space that provides safe, nourishing and therapeutic movement that is still appropriately challenging. At Moved you will receive scaled, individualised instruction for how to move in a way that helps you to maintain your fitness level and increase your strength and mobility while your body adjusts to the challenges and changes of pregnancy and birth.

"I have been attending classes at Moved for about six weeks. I felt I needed a change from my previous exercise routine which I had been undergoing for many years. I didn’t quite know what to expect from Moved. I’d written in my information form that I was looking for a mixture of yoga and Pilates.
My first class made me re-think my expectations. I found I was using muscles and muscle groups in ways that I hadn’t done since I was a kid. Somewhere along the line I’d given up using muscles in these ways, and it was great to find out what I could still do. The most important take-away for me has been that it’s more likely habit than age that has limited my mobility.
