While our small class sizes allow for personalised attention, we also understand that some individuals prefer one-on-one sessions.
At Moved, we offer private coaching sessions in our Armidale studio, providing a tailored program based on your body’s unique movement needs.

Can't make it to the studio? Prefer to move from the comfort of your home? Moved offers virtual movement classes and private coaching sessions.
Group classes can be arranged for 4 or more participants at a time that suits you.

Using your muscles for general health and wellbeing. You can even do them at home to maintain what you have learnt and continue the process of wellbeing for your body.

"We approached Jemimah to provide a class for a group on a day and time that suited us and we were available. From the beginning Jemimah has been accommodating and supportive. Every week the session is interesting, stimulating, appropriately challenging and engaging. Jemimah is encouraging with excellent knowledge of fitness and movement. At all times we are made to feel comfortable. The studio is very clean and comfortable. All equipment is provided for participants. Our group feel the benefits of the movement sessions."

"I have been attending classes at Moved for about six weeks. I felt I needed a change from my previous exercise routine which I had been undergoing for many years. I didn’t quite know what to expect from Moved. I’d written in my information form that I was looking for a mixture of yoga and Pilates.
My first class made me re-think my expectations. I found I was using muscles and muscle groups in ways that I hadn’t done since I was a kid. Somewhere along the line I’d given up using muscles in these ways, and it was great to find out what I could still do. The most important take-away for me has been that it’s more likely habit than age that has limited my mobility.
I look forward to coming to classes to gently break through limits of what I believed possible. The process is gentle, and Jemimah has a wealth of alternatives if something seems too hard."
