Recover from Injury

Moved is an excellent option if you're on the road to recovery from an injury. Think of us as the 'next step' after seeing your GP, physiotherapist, or other allied health professionals. Our exercise classes and private coaching sessions are low-impact but appropriately challenging for your body.

Pre-Natal & Post-Natal Movement

Pregnancy and the demands of post-natal life can uncover and amplify physical challenges, leading many women to move less to avoid pain and discomfort. Finding the right space for pre-natal and post-natal movement—one that offers safe, nourishing, and therapeutic exercises that are still appropriately challenging—can be difficult. At Moved, we provide individualized, scaled instruction to help you maintain fitness, build strength, and improve mobility as your body adapts to the changes and challenges of pregnancy and birth.
